A reminder app cannot help until you already know the thing. Hubsole reads what arrives — the renewal notice, the council letter, the form with a date on page two — and works out what it means and by when. That is what has only just become possible, and it is why this did not exist a year ago.
The letters, the emails, the dates and what it costs all sit with the thing itself. Hubsole drafts the update and you approve it — nothing arriving by post or email can spend money or commit you to anything on its own. Twenty quiet minutes a morning and you are on top of all of it.
The model that reads your post runs on your own machine. Your passport, your medical letters, your tax papers — none of it goes to anybody's cloud, including ours. Every change writes a plain, readable file you can open without us, wherever you choose to keep it.
The straight version
Renewals, forms, the passport, the TV licence, the car, the things the government wants back by a date. I have been doing all of it inside an AI chat window, which is neither safe nor sensible. So I started building the thing I actually wanted — and before I build much more of it, I would like to know whether anyone else wants it too.
Every reminder app needs you to already know the thing. None of them reads your post. What changed is that a language model good enough to read a letter now runs on an ordinary computer, which is the only reason this is possible at all.
This is not a sign-up. Five questions, and the most useful ones are the ones where you tell me no. If enough people say they would use it, I will finish it properly. If they do not, I would rather find out now.
The ask
There is nothing to buy, nothing to install, and nothing happens to you for answering. I am trying to find out whether this should exist before I spend another month building it.
