The system
A reminder app cannot help until you already know the thing. Hubsole reads what arrives — the renewal notice, the council letter, the form with a date on page two — and works out what it means and by when. That is what has only just become possible, and it is why this did not exist a year ago.

The model that reads your post runs on your own machine. Your passport, your medical letters, your tax papers — none of it goes to anybody's cloud, including ours. Every change writes a plain, readable file you can open without us, wherever you choose to keep it.
What this is
Renewals, forms, the passport, the TV licence, the car, the things the government wants back by a date. I was doing all of it inside an AI chat window, which is neither safe nor sensible. So I started building the thing I actually wanted — and somewhere along the way it turned into something rather lovely.
Friends and family, a few at a time, and only when somebody asks. It is not for sale, there is nothing to sign up to, and it is not going out to the public. That is not modesty — it is rather the point. A thing made for a handful of people can be made properly.
There is a short form further down. It comes to me and to nobody else. I will read it, I will reply, and if it would genuinely make your life easier we will set it up together. No cost, no catch, and no hard feelings at all if the answer turns out to be not yet.
The honest bit
No launch, no waiting list, no newsletter, nothing to buy. Hubsole is a project I am building for myself and for people I know, and it is staying that way. You are very welcome to have a look around — and if you think it would make your life easier, do ask.
